History
| Oklahoma Foundation Seed Stocks, Inc. was
organized and incorporated under the laws of Oklahoma in March of 1950. It was
formed as a non-stock, non-profit corporation. It is a sub-division of the Land
Grant University to be supervised by the University. The articles of incorporation
state that the principle place of business of the corporation will be at Oklahoma State
